Behold! The inferno of destruction fills the heavens! Come forth! The Surge of Utnapishtim! This is what it means to destroy the World! Heroic Spirits, suffer the curse that the insolence of challenging the King of Heroes has brought upon ye!

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Noble Phantasm

-Bab-ilu: Key of the King's Law (バヴ=イル: 王律鍵, Bavu-iru: Ōritsu Kagi): A tattoo that acts as proof of Gilgamesh's kingship and grants him access to his treasury. It allows him to draw out his ultimate weapon, Enki, as well as fire out an endless barrage of swords as projectiles. As opposed to The Gate of Babylon, it manifests in a circle of ten spheres around him. As with his mainstream counterpart's Gate of Babylon, it contains many things besides weapons, such as a medicine capable of curing any illness in the world, though Gilgamesh finds such things useless.

  • Enki's Tracer Round
  • The Star of Destruction

-Sword of the End, Enki (終末剣エンキ, Shūmatsu-ken Enki): Gilgamesh's ultimate weapon, a pair of golden blades stored in Bab-ilu. They have the function to turn the hilts ninety degrees to allow them to be used as tonfa knives, and he wields them in close combat with enough skill to match King Arthur. Unlike Ea, he must meet a condition to utilize his ultimate attack, and it drains most of his magical energy in the process.

As a sword which can summon floods, it must be deployed for seven days, as the volume in water increases each day after its activation. After the seventh day, it turns into the Surge of Utnapishtim from the the Epic of Gilgamesh, the original tsunami that gave shape to the deluge myth of Noah. Upon invoking its true name, Enki takes the form of a longbow by connecting the two swords at their hilts. It generates an arrow that is fired at the ground to act as a "tracer round" for his true trump card that is deployed high in satellite orbit above the earth. The actual Enki is surrounded by six bolts that converge around the sword in a spiral to become a spear that falls toward the Earth as a "Star of Destruction." Upon reaching the area, it disappears in the sky and deploys a giant Magic Circle that cleaves space to summon the Surge of Utnapishtim.

Class Skills

-Magic Resistance (対魔力, Tai-Maryoku, localized as "Anti-Magic"): A skill that grants protection against magical effects. Differently from the Resistance effect that merely rejects Magical Energy, this ability cancels the spells altogether. As a member of the Archer class, Gilgamesh should have some degree of Magic Resistance by default.
