In stark contrast to his older brother's more intelligent and cunning demeanor, Riley is loud and outwardly expresses his love and admiration for the "gangsta rap" culture.

Still, he's not an idiot and is quite skillful with firearms, as shown when he stalemated his brother in a shootout and his skills have improved over the years. As of the 4th and final season, Riley has developed a much more precise and acrobatic style of combat)
Weaknesses: Arrogance and underestimation of his enemies is Riley's biggest and most recurring weakness. This can be clearly seen when he laughed at Esmeralda only to get beat up by her
