Summary
Reggie Flaps, often referred to as "12" is the main protagonist of Twelve Forever. Due to the boredom of living in a small, frozen town, she created "Party Island", a pocket dimension where she is revered as a Superhuman called "12".

Speed: Unknown, at least Peak Human (Traveled a vast distance of Party Island in less than a few hours, but the lack of scale makes it hard to judge the exact distance she traveled)
Lifting Strength: Unknown, at least Athletic Human (Effortlessly swung around a large mace)

Durability: Possibly Town level (Took casual hits from Baby Tristan, who tore off half of a small mountain)

Standard Equipment: Her magical key which allows her to travel to Party Island
Intelligence: Seems to be reasonably high. While her efforts were largely ineffective, she was shown to be a quick thinker in her battle against Baby Tristan and seems to have some degree of mastery over Bazookas, Hammers, and Maces.
Weaknesses: Doesn't seem to be able to use her reality warping powers in combat, or at least hasn't been shown to thus far.
