Summary
Necalli (ネカリ Nekari) is a character in the Street Fighter series who first appeared in Street Fighter 5. Necalli is described as the 'Emissary of the Gods', with a rather ominous moniker of 'The Soul Consuming Darkness'. As the "Warrior Prophet" reveals, every few hundred years the stars herald the 'Hour of Battle' ('Hour of Necalli'). During this period of time Necalli awakens to consume the souls of strong warriors.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Martial Arts (Uses a fighting style focused on his violent nature), Acrobatics, Transformation (Can transform into his Torrent of Power form), Body Control (Able to melt his own body and become a mud-like substance), Natural Weaponry (Possesses sharp fingers he can use to slash his opponents), Absorption (Can absorb people whole, consuming their bodies and souls), Vibration Manipulation (Via Culminated Power), Chi Manipulation and Projection (Via Soul Offering and Heart of Gold), Organic Manipulation (Via Crawling Beast), Sound Manipulation (Via The Calling), Teleportation (Can appear from nowhere and disappear as well), Clairvoyance (Can track down strong warriors and appear where they are), Telepathy (Sent Ryu a vision), Dream Manipulation (Appeared in Nash's dreams), Possession (Can possess animals), Smoke Manipulation and Corruption (Constantly surrounded by a noxious gas that pollutes the souls of people, causing them to become like Necalli and start seeking strong souls), Damage Boost (Can perform enhanced versions of his Special Attacks), Status Effect Inducement (By hitting the opponent repeteadly, without them being able to recover, he can cause them to enter the "Stun" status, which leaves them unable to react), Immunity to Bone Manipulation (Lacks a skeleton), likely limited Resistance to Precognition (Reading the future of fighters such as him is difficult, because they always fight[1] against it)
Attack Potency: Small Building level (Fought Balrog. Rashid and Charlie Nash were afraid of fighting him, although Nash was wounded), Large Mountain level with Torrent of Power (Overwhelmed Base Ryu and was very confident to clash blows with his Satsui no Hado. Dhalsim barely managed to fend him off)
Speed: Subsonic Travel Speed (Should be at the very least comparable to, if not faster than Dan Hibiki, who's consistently portrayed as the least physically impressive character of the series), with Supersonic+ reactions and combat speed (Kept up with Balrog), at least High Hypersonic Travel Speed, Massively Hypersonic+ Combat Speed (Comparable to Dhalsim and Satsui no Hado Ryu. According to the prophecy, this form would have allowed him to also fight SFV M. Bison)

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Opening Dagger: Necalli hops a short distance and performs an overhead slash on the opponent
- Road of the Sun: Necalli jumps and performs a diagonal down-forward one-legged driving kick
- Sacrificial Altar: Necalli delivers a knee strike to the opponent's head. He then rotates and hits his opponent with a side kick. Necalli finishes by slamming his hands to the ground causing a minor earthquake
- Messanger of Chaos: Necalli delivers a knee strike to the opponent's head and follows upwith a side kick. Necalli finishes by crouching down and spewing a slime-like grounded projectile that slowly advances toward the opponent
- Soul Sealer: Necalli grabs his opponent by the head and shoves them down, slamming their face into the ground. As his opponent bounces off of the canvas, Necalli kicks them in the face, knocking them on their back
- Soul Discriminator: Necalli delivers a hand strike to his opponent's stomach. Upon making contact with their midsection, Necalli lifts his opponent off of their feet. He then turns and throws his opponent over his head to the other side
- Disc's Guidance: Necalli rushes in toward his opponent with an aggressive slash attack
- Raging Light: Necalli shoots up into the air leading with multiple slashes
- Mask of Tlalli: Necalli grabs the opponent by their face, swings them up into the air and slams them down into the ground
- Valiant Rebellion: Necalli lifts his leg up and then brings it forcefully down in an stomping motion
- Soul Offering: While Torrent of Power is active, Necalli grabs his opponent by the face and slams them into the ground. He drags and slams his opponent to the wall, similar to the Ceremony of Honor. Necalli then gathers energy in his fist and strikes his opponent with a punch in the stomach, infusing them with energy. When the infusion is complete, Necalli pulls away from his opponent, causing them to crumble to their knees before falling forward to the ground
- The Calling: After blocking an attack, Necalli lets out a roar that sends his opponent flying back
- Culminated Power: Necalli slams his hands to the ground with such power that it causes a minor earthquake, sweeping his opponent off of their feet. Necalli can decide where the earthquakes will happen
- Crawling Beast: Necalli crouches down on all fours and spews a slime-like grounded projectile that slowly advances toward the opponent, which explodes at about halfscreen. Hitting the opponent with Crawling Beast builds an amount of and puts them in a crumple state
- Torrent of Power: Necalli channels a mysterious energy to transform into a more powerful being. While in this state, Necalli's strength and moves are enhnced. Necalli also gains a new move called Clouded Mirror. Necalli leaps toward his opponent and unleash a vicious strike into the ground, knocking his opponent down
- Eruption of Power: Just like Torrent of Power, Necalli channels a mysterious energy to transform into a more powerful being, enhancing his strength and his moves. Necalli also gains a new move called Heart of Gold. Necalli unleashes a powerful shout to create a red, slow-moving projectile
