Summary
Lickers are the result of a further mutation experienced by Zombies as part of the same V-ACT process that transforms them into a Crimson Head. First encountered during the Raccoon City Incident, they were named nick-named "Lickers" by the surviving officers of the Raccoon Police Department due to their notoriously large tongues which they used to hunt down their prey.
