Summary
Kokabiel is one of the antagonists of High School DxD, and one of the leaders of the Fallen Angels and the Grigori. He confiscated three fragments of Excalibur in order to aggravate Heaven and force another Great War, but after things did not go as he hoped, he attempted to kill the heirs to the Gremory and Sitri Clan, for the same purpose of forcing another war. He was eventually defeated by Vali Lucifer on the orders of Azazel, and imprisoned in Cocytus.
