Summary

Fleet-footed Black Dragon enforcer. Kabal’s sprinting speed is only outpaced by his greed. He was a rookie cop until Kano tempted him to sell out his police department for cash money and a spot in the Black Dragon. Kabal has run down anyone who's crossed Kano ever since.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics (Possesses superhuman strength allowing him to rip armored opponents in half, lift people with hook swords, send people flying with his attacks, crush skulls, etc.), Martial Arts (Has a weird mix of Chinese martial arts for hook sword techniques and Capoeira style kicks), Weapon Mastery (Dual wields hook swords and his customized buzzsaws), Acrobatics (Exercises enhanced condition. Can do jump kicks and back flips. Can also jump while in mid air), Magic (Kabal states that his speed comes from Outworld's magics, with the magic being Shao Kahn's soul transfer spell), Superhuman Speed (Can run so fast, he disappears when dashing in short bursts or running several meters, make sonic booms or afterimages and spin his enemies), Energy Projection (Able to fire purplish orbs from his mask), Breath Attack (Can spit out lethal vapors capable of melting flesh. Can emit vapors from his gas canister to propel himself to the air or cover himself in it ), Teleportation (Here), Air Manipulation (Creates air cuts), Resistance to Poison and Corrosion Inducement (Unaffected by his own gas)

Attack Potency: Small Building level via powerscaling (Defeated Cyber Sub-Zero, who is comparable to Scorpion who can casually do this. Can easily tear apart armored SF soldiers and cause friction burns on metal [making it glow orange] by slicing through them)

Speed: Subsonic movement speed (Can move fast enough in short bursts to disappear from sight and appear as a fast moving dot on radar. Runs faster than crossbow bolts and views them in slow motion) with Hypersonic combat speed and reactions (Reacted to automatic bullet fire from a gun resembling the M4 Carbine)

Lifting Strength: Class 5 (Can rip out heads and tear people in half)

Striking Strength: Small Building level (Punched back Sonya using his Nomad Dash)

Durability: Small Building level (Took a hit from Jax's upgraded metal arms. Survived a tongue slap from Reptile before he got his powers)

Stamina: Superhuman

Range: Standard melee range with hand-to-hand combat. Extended melee range with hookswords. Tens of meters with projectiles.

Standard Equipment: Face shield, hook swords, gas canisters and sawblades

Intelligence: Above Average; skilled combatant.

Weaknesses: After being burnt by Kintaro, he cannot breathe without his breathing device. However, his past self does not have this weakness.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Spinning Hooks: Kabal takes out both swords and swings them together horizontally.
Heel Strike: Kabal pivots on his hand and does a spinning hook kick.
Sweeping Hooks: Kabal takes out both swords and slices the opponent's legs with them.
Hook Swipe: While crouched, Kabal swings a hook sword at the opponent's legs.

Hammering Hooks: After hopping up, Kabal slices his hook swords down crosswise.

Brute Kick: After hopping up, Kabal does a spin back kick.

Hook Spin: While recovering from a knockdown/successfully blocking an attack, Kabal swings both of his hook swords close to the floor in a rising, circular arc.

Hook Punch: When recovering from a knockdown/successfully blocking any attacks, Kabal strikes the opponent with his hook sword's crescent guard.

Mortal Kombat 9:

Last Breath: With his leading arm, Kabal throws a hook, a back fist, and an uppercut.
- Extermination: Instead of an uppercut, he kicks the opponent's shins to trip them.
Mutilation: Kabal does a side slash with his rear hook sword. He then pulls out the other sword and he slashes the opponent with a rising circular motion using both swords.
Vanquish: Kabal throws a cross punch, a leading uppercut, and a double axe handle punch.
Nomad's Fear: Kabal does a snap kick while his arms are outstretched. He then steps forward and he does a cross punch.
Eviscerate: Kabal does a knee strike and slashes both hook swords to his right side.

Mortal Kombat 11:

Hooks And Blood Spatters: Using his leading arm, Kabal throws a jab, a hook, and a back fist.
Extermination Squad: Kabal stabs the opponent with a hook sword and does an overhead slash with his rear hook sword. He then launches them with a double rising hook slash.
Vapor Trails: Kabal throws a cross punch and does two downward slices with his rear hook sword and leading hook sword.
Maimed And Mangled: Kabal strikes with his hook sword's crescent guard and turns around to slash them. He puts it back and delivers a spinning kick.
Left For Dead: Kabal does a knee strike and plunges a hook sword into their shoulder. He then sends them away with a side kick.

Gas Blast: Kabal releases a blast of choking gas at the opponent.

He can release a second, bigger cloud that lingers in an area, which will heal him if he's in it.

Nomad Dash: Kabal runs towards the opponent with his super speed, causing them to spin rapidly and cause dizziness upon impact.

Buzzsaw: Kabal tosses a spinning buzzsaw toward the opponent. Can be performed while airborne and can be sent rolling through the floor.

Hook Slam: Kabal plunges his hook swords into the opponent's shoulder and uses it as leverage to spin them around before slamming them down.

Low Hook Grab: Kabal snags the opponent's ankle with his sword and throws them up before punching them away.

Low Spinner: Kabal slices the opponent's gut twice with his swords and trips them with a low slash.

Instead of a low slash, he can slice them upwards to launch them into the air.

Hook Grab: Kabal hooks an airborne opponent with his sword and throws them back to the ground.

Nomad Spin: Kabal rapidly spins in place with his swords out, slicing and dicing nearby opponents.

(Air) Slight Gas: While airborne, Kabal dashes forward with a burst of gas from his canister.

Flash Parry: Kabal enters a blocking stance with both hook swords. If he is struck during the stance, the opponent will be parried long enough for him to retaliate with an attack of his choice.

This ability utilizes gameplay mechanics.

Extended Hook: Kabal links his two hook swords together and whips them towards the opponent to pull them in.

Kabal lodges his hook sword into their shoulder and trips them before grabbing the hook sword and rapidly spinning around to throw them away.

Kabal shoves a hook sword through the opponent's chin and throws them behind him before slamming them down, causing them to bounce as Kabal hooks them down.

The Klassic: Kabal performs an uppercut, but it decapitates them with their spine intact.

Spin Me Right Round: Kabal dashes towards an opponent, causing them to spin so quick that their skin gets torn away from their body, leaving a flayed corpse.

Rollin' Through: Kabal sends a buzzsaw that rolls across the ground to obliterate the opponent's shins.

Ripped Away: Kabal lodges his hook swords into the opponent's shoulders and dashes to the other side to retrieve them. He rotates his arms around with the opponent on the swords as their limbs break away.

Deadly Vapors: Kabal spits out a cloud of lethal vapor from his mask. The vapor melts their face until the skull and melts a large hole in their chest as well.

Spinner Winner: Kabal shoves a hook sword through the opponent's chin and hurls them to the opposite side. He slams them down twice and delivers one last slam that crushes their upper torso.

Heart Attack: Kabal grabs the opponent's ankle using a hook sword and tosses them up. The ankle gets sliced off on the way up before he punches a hole in their back, knocking their heart out.

Screamer: Kabal breathes out lethal vapor from his mask before spitting out a larger dose that dazes the opponent. He removes his mask and screams at them, causing their soul to run out of their body in fear.

Nowhere to Run: Kabal hits the opponent with a knee strike and buries a sword into the shoulder before kicking them away, with the kick having enough force to rip their ankles from them.

brutality: Kabal lodges his hook swords into the opponent's shoulders and runs to the other side to take them back. He grabs onto the swords and uses them as leverage to rip their torso off.

Kabal's Deep: Kabal first uses his Nomad Dash to daze his opponent before sliding in to break both of their shins. Afterward, he runs up behind them and slashes the opponent's back with his hook swords, causing damage to the shoulder blades, ribs, and spine before slamming the opponent to the ground.

Fatal Blow (OFF THE HOOK): Kabal dashes behind the opponent to start the move. He dashes through them twice before stopping to deliver a flurry of slashes and runs them through with his hook swords. He knees them in the face which hoists them up before ripping out the swords. The opponent lands on their knees as Kabal shoves his sword through their chin and out of their mouth before using it as leverage to throw his opponent.
