All this damn light gives me a headache! Just point me toward what needs blowing up.

Summary

There are Star Guardians who solemnly and respectfully hold to their duty to defend the cosmos...and then there is Jinx. When the First Star imbued her with the power of Starlight, the cynical teen rebelled, refusing to treat her powers as anything more than a plaything to serve her own interests. Even now, this selfishness causes her to repeatedly clash with her teammates, who can’t understand why such an explosive soul was chosen to serve the order. While Jinx scoffs at protecting a world she doesn’t trust, she does believe in her childhood friend Lux—and if someone could see into the depths of Jinx’s heart, they’d see a furious, burning need to keep those she holds dear out of harm’s way, at any cost.

Attack Potency: Unknown, City level with Weapons (As all of Jinx's weapons utilize Hextech, Chemtech, or a combination of both, her weapons should be comparable if not superior in power to other Hextech and Chemtech weapons such as those wielded by Caitlyn, Miss Fortune and Urgot. Technology empowered by Hextech crystals contains power normally only wielded by those born with innate magical ability[4], thus making them comparable to the likes of Ezreal. Chemtech utilizes the same magic runes as Hextech but uses chemicals as a conduit for magic rather than Brackern Crystals, making it more volatile but otherwise functionally identical to Hextech in power[5]) | Moon level (Split an asteroid large enough to serve as a full mining colony in half on accident, Able to use comets the size of small planetoids as weapons, Capable of harming Odyssey Kayn), Planet level with the Morning Star (Capable of vaporizing a planet, obliterating moons, and destroying part of a nebula over 48 consecutive hours), Plan-A ignores conventional durability (Deals True Damage, which ignores all physical defenses as well as effects that reduce the damage done by the user or to the target) | Solar System level (All Star Guardians are imbued with the light of the First Star, which created the universe, Comparable to Star Guardian Zoe and Star Guardian Xayah)

Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius

Despite her fractured mental state and insane demeanor, Jinx is a crafty and highly intelligent individual, able to escape the combined efforts of Caitlyn and Vi numerous times and managing to catch them by surprise with her antics just as often. She is also a capable infiltrator, being able to disguise herself and hide her true personality for moderate periods of time in order to sneak through public places unnoticed[2]. Her knack for anarchy has lead her to pull "pranks" on the citizens of Piltover ranging from the moderately annoying to the criminally dangerous, such as blocking streets on Progress Day with a stampede of exotic animals freed from Count Mei’s menagerie, disrupting trade for weeks by lining the city’s iconic bridges with flame chompers, somehow moving every street sign in Piltover to new and utterly confusing locations, and even blowing up the Ecliptic Vaults, one of Piltover’s most secure treasuries, by smuggling herself inside days in advance to avoid capture[6]. In the same vein, Jinx is also highly skilled at setting traps and planning demolitions on the fly, able to rapidly determine the most strategic places to plant explosives in any given location to simultaneously cause the most collateral damage and also being the most visually appealing spectacle[2].

Despite not having any formal education, Jinx is a highly capable engineer, having created numerous weapons and devices with her own creativity and ingenuity, demonstrating the ability to properly utilize Hextech gemstones in a device as well as rudimentary knowledge of the runes required to do so. Her skill in engineering is such that she was able to functionally field-jury rig a Hex Crystal onto a new weapon given a few minutes of preparation and minimal resources[7].

While not as skilled in hand to hand combat as her sister, Jinx's reliance on using her speed and dexterity to outmaneuver her opponents in combat has allowed her to even best opponents as skilled as Vi when combined with her guns and explosives[6]. However, Jinx's skill is primarily in her weaponry, with her garnering infamy for her unique talent of rapidly and efficiently sowing anarchy with her arsenal. Despite primarily wielding imprecise weapons such as a minigun and a rocket launcher, Jinx has shown the ability to use both with a surprising level of precision.

Weaknesses: Can be severely mentally unstable to the point of experiencing vivid hallucinations if she is presented with something that reminds her of her past

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Get Excited!: Jinx receives massively increased Move Speed and Attack Speed whenever she helps kill or destroy an enemy champions epic jungle monster, or structure.
  • Switcheroo!: Jinx modifies her basic attacks by swapping between Pow-Pow, her minigun and Fishbones, her rocket launcher. Attacks with Pow-Pow grant bonus Attack Speed, while attacks with Fishbones deal area of effect damage and gain increased range.
  • Zap!: Jinx uses Zapper, her shock pistol, to fire a blast of lightning that deals damage to the first enemy hit, slowing and revealing it
  • Flame Chompers!: Custom-made grenades with bear-trap tops that are able to latch onto their victims. The bombs are powered by a variety of explosive chemicals and put together in a chaotic manner, which makes them difficult to disarm. Jinx can utilize these in a variety of ways, such as throwing them in a line to snare opponents and light them on fire, throwing them at opponents to latch onto them before exploding, or even set to record her voice and have a lengthened detonation timer to lure opponents into a trap.
  • Super Mega Death Rocket!: Custom-made rockets that are designed the same way that Jinx's Flame Chompers are. Their explosive potential increases with distance. Jinx primarily shoots them using Fishbones, her signature rocket launcher.
  • Mechanical Firelights: Small flying mechanical butterflies that are filled with a large amount of Chemtech explosive compounds. Jinx is able to call upon several hundred of these to blanked the battlefield in explosions instantly.

  • Warp: Allows the user to dash towards the target location while being intangible and invulnerable. Can hold up to 3 charges.
    • The Pilot: Get Excited! activates when Jinx kills shiny monsters, applies itself to all crew members, grants bonus healing for all damage dealt and grants bonus attack speed.
    • Plan-A: Ability hits deal bonus true damage over 2 seconds and casting abilities grant a stack of Rev'd up.
    • Plan-Z: Items that grants armor, magic resistance, or health grant bonus attack damage and ability power.
    • Get Excited!: Whenever an enemy champion, turret or inhibitor dies within 3 seconds of being damaged by Jinx, she gains bonus movement speed. Additionally, she gains bonus attack speed.
      • Antsy: While Jinx has Get Excited!, she can cast Warp infinitely.
      • Eager: Whenever Jinx or one of her allies casts an ultimate, she gains Get Excited!.
    • Switcheroo!:
      • Pow-Pow: Jinx's basic attacks grant Rev'd up, granting bonus attack speed, stacking three times. The first Rev'd up stack is twice as potent as the others, and stacks decay one at a time when she stops attacking. Switching to Fishbones will not clear any active stacks, but they will not grant bonus attack speed after her first basic attack.
      • Fishbones: Jinx loses part of her bonus attack speed but they gain bonus range, deal bonus physical damage, and hit all enemies around the main target. The bonus damage from Fishbones can critically strike.
        • Barrage: For every stack of Rev'd up Fishbones fires 2 additional rockets to enemies near her target. The bonus rockets deal reduced damage.
        • Slow-Slow: Pow-Pow slows enemies and shreds armor and magic resistance, stacking up to 20 times.
        • Whalebones: Fishbones' rockets bonus attack range and explosion size are doubled.
    • Zap!: After a short delay, Jinx fires a shock blast that deals physical damage to the first enemy it hits, revealing and slowing them.
      • Runaway: Zap! no longer stops on the first target hit, and deals bonus damage for each successive target hit.
      • Splitter: Zap! fires 2 additional beams in a spread shot. Multiple hits on a target deal reduced damage.
      • Tag!: Zap! slows for twice as long and Jinx's first basic attack on a Zapped! target is an automatic critical strike and has unlimited attack range.
    • Flame Chompers!: Jinx tosses out 3 Chompers that arm after 0.7 seconds, and explode automatically after 5 seconds. Once armed the Chompers will explode on contact with enemy champions. Exploding Chompers deal magic damage over 1.5 seconds in 3 instances to all enemies within a small area, and champions that set them off are knocked down and rooted for the same duration. A single champion can only set off a single Chomper and can only be damaged by one, even if they remain in range when they explode.
      • Bamboozle: Jinx tosses 9 Flame Chompers! in a circle around herself and Flame Chompers! deal bonus damage.
      • Hoppers: Flame Chompers! hop towards enemies.
      • Scorcher: Flame Chompers! root for twice as long, up to 3 seconds, and while rooted enemies take bonus damage from all sources.
    • Super Mega Death Comet!: Jinx opens a portal and launches a comet that travels in a line, exploding in an area upon hitting an enemy champion. Secondary targets take slightly reduced damage. The explosion deals increased damage based on distance traveled plus additional physical damage based on their missing health.
      • Arsenal: Jinx now carries 3 Super Mega Death Comets! in her arsenal.
      • Comet: Instead of exploding on contact, Super Mega Death Comet! leaves a fire trail that slows enemies and burns them.
