Summary
Gin Minowa is Sumi and Sonoko's classmate during elementary school who appears in Washio Sumi is a Hero. She's an upbeat, tomboyish and courageos girl, who likes the outdoors and taking care of her younger siblings. She uses a pair of large axes in combat in her Hero form, and faces adversity with determination and guts. She dies protecting Sumi and Sonoko, prompting the Taisha to change the Hero System, implementing faeries and Mankai. Her terminal is eventually given to Karin Miyoshi.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Blessed by Shinju, Weapon Mastery (two giant axes), Fire Manipulation through her axes, Acrobatics (Hypermobility, All-Terrain Mobility, Self-Momentum, Surface Running), Telescopic Vision, Enhanced Awareness, Strengthened Mind,[1][2] Purification (Type 2, not combat-applicable), Resistance to cold, ice (The outfits of Heroes are blessed by Shinju, and provide resistance to freezing temperatures. Heroes were unaffected by Anzu Iyojima's Yukijoro[3]), and Time Stop (Heroes are unaffected by Shinju's time stop[4][5][6])
Attack Potency: At least Mountain level+, possibly Large Mountain level (Stated to be stronger than both Sumi and Sonoko. The Year-298 Heroes struggle to defeat Complete Perfect Vertex, though Gin succeeded in defeating the Sagittarius, Cancer and Scorpio Vertex together by herself, though at the cost of her life[1])
Speed: Subsonic movement speed (Can traverse hundreds of meters across a city or the Shinju's pocket dimension in a couple seconds[7][8]), at least Hypersonic+ reactions, likely High Hypersonic (Comparable to Yuna Yuki. She can react to Vertex missiles, which should be greater in speed than any of humanity's missiles, some of which can reach Mach 25. Not even the culmination of humanity's modern weaponry was a match for the Vertex[2])
Lifting Strength: At least Class 5 (Should surpass Year-0 Heroes, like Yuna Takashima. She can push, grab and throw Stardusts with ease, which are the size of cars)
Striking Strength: At least Mountain level+, possibly Large Mountain level
Durability: At least Mountain level+, possibly Large Mountain level (Stated to be more durable than both Sumi and Sonoko. Tanked a minute-long attack from the Capricorn Vertex. Defeated three Complete Perfect Vertex on her own despite being mortally wounded during the whole fight)
Stamina: Superhuman. Gin single-handedly defeated three Complete Perfect Vertex while mortally wounded during the whole fight.[1] Year-298 Heroes are much more resilient than Year-0 Heroes thanks to the updated Hero System; as a result, they can stay active for hours on end without food or water, and combat enemies stronger than the Year-0 Heroes ever faced.
Range: Extended Melee Range
Standard Equipment: Large dual-wielded axes
Intelligence: Average (for her age, is a sixth-year in elementary school), but Above Average in combat. Capable, resourceful and resilient in combat, as she reacted to and tanked a full-force attack from the Taurus Vertex, before Sumi and Sonoko could. She has guts and never got discouraged, no matter the adversary.
