Eye Guy can launch green energy beams. Eye Guy's eyes can move throughout his body and merge to create different types of beams, such as merging three on his shoulder to fire a freeze ray that encases and immobilizes a target in ice on contact. Eye Guy's eyes can shoot green fire blasts and sticky goop as well. Eye Guy's insect-like vision gives him 360-degree vision, making it extremely difficult to sneak up on him. He can't easily be snuck up on, as some of his eyes are on his back, He is very athletic as he can jump several meters in the air much like an insect his combat strategy revolves around him surface scaling or jumping on the objects maintaining his distance and shooting his eye beams he also likes to play dumb as he tricks Kevin into thinking his eyes are damaged, then sneak attacks him.
