Summary

The son of an astronaut, Geo Stelar looked up to his father Kelvin for as long as he could remember, aspiring to be just like him when he got older. Unfortunately, tragedy struck when Geo's father went missing after the space station Peace was destroyed, leaving the boy a distraught shut-in who only left his house to stargaze at night.

On one of these occasions, he collided with Omega-Xis, a fugitive from Planet FM who claimed to know his father and the events leading up to the attack. Geo then finds himself under attack from Omega-Xis's former cohorts who end up attacking Geo's hometown in an attempt to find the Andromeda Key, the trigger for a powerful superweapon Omega-Xis stole from them. Left with no other choice, Geo ends up fusing with Omega-Xis to become the hero Mega Man, dragging the boy into several conflicts that will decide the fate of not only his world but the solar system and the galaxy as well.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Self-Sustenance (Types 1 and 2: As en EM being, he doesn't need air ), Intangibility and Invisibility (As an EM Wave Human, Geo is automatically intangible and invisible to anyone who's not an EM Wave Being. He can also further enhance it via changing his EM Wave frequency), Technology Manipulation (Can take control of various electronics like a car in the first game), Extrasensory Perception, (His visualiser allows him to see EM Waves, which are normally invisible to the human eye), Enhanced Senses (Can maneuver around the Black Hole Server with no trouble and the EM wave beings inside it describes it as "very dark"),Skilled at H2H combat, Acrobatics, Bodily Weaponry (The Mega Buster is a cannon on his arm that can launch energy blasts), Non-Physical Interaction (Able to affect beings like Crown Thunder and the Crimson Dragon who is the embodiment of Meteor G), Rage Power (Geo's power grows when someone that he deeply cares about is harmed), Accelerated Development(Passive, Geo has shown to be able to grow in strength in a short amount of time. Geo can harmonize with the Noise to gain new transformations and abilities), Fusionism (He can combine his different Noise forms to create new transformations), Power Nullification (He can nullify the adverse effects on himself of Paralysis, Sealing, Air Manipulation, Blinding, and Confusion with the Null Link Abilities)

Red Joker has his generators that not only irradiates Noise, but can access the Meteor G server with its vast amount of info and resources), increased Flight as Black Ace (The Noised-Wing Vernier gives Black Ace unrestricted high-speed aerial movement), Forcefield Creation as Red Joker (Red Joker's Noise also forms a Cloud of Crimson that can block out external attacks and status altering moves), Aura (The Meteor Noise Generators behind Red Joker constantly generates Noise around him where if anyone gets up close to him, they will get sick by the constant Noise revolving around his body), Energy Manipulation, Explosion Manipulation, and Fire Manipulation (With the Meteor Noise Irradiator, Red Joker can combine all the Noise he collects from his generators to create nuclear-fusion energy, sending it out all at once at the target, creating large-scale explosions, engulfing large waves of enemies in flames), and possibly Transmutation (Red Joker's design and attacks are heavily based off of Dread Joker who can turn his foes into data via Dread Laser)

Attack Potency: Solar System level (Managed to defeat Apollo Flame and Sirius, the latter of which has control of the supermassive black hole at the center of the Milky Way Galaxy, even while exhausted he managed to destroy Meteor G in Base form after it had all the EM power of Sirius transmitted to it), higher with transformations (Vastly superior to his base form. Was able to defeat Le Mu when he transformed into Tribe King. Easily one-shots the Crimson Dragon with Finalization even after it absorbs the entirety of Sirius's data and power in the post-game, ) can ignore durability with a lot of his abilities, battle cards, and forms

Striking Strength: Solar System level, higher with transformations (The Star Force was said to be the only power to defeat Andromeda, Tribe King was powerful enough to defeat and push back Le Mu, and his Finalized Noise Transformations was able to one-shot the Crimson Dragon)

And by the time of the final act of the third game, Geo has fought immensely powerful beings like the R-bosses, Apollo Flame, some more R-bosses, Rogue, Dread Joker R, Acid Ace R, Sirius, an amped-up Rogue, Queen Tia, Jack Corvus, and an amped-up Crimson Dragon all in that order in under an entire day with constant running back and forth with no signs of true fatigue)

Range: Standard Melee Range; Interplanetary with certain attacks, Mega Buster and Battle Cards (Can fight across interstellar distances), likely higher with Auto Lock-On (the Ability Wave gives Geo's lock-on infinite range and is permanent)

Standard Equipment: His 600+ Battle Cards, Mega Buster, Omega-Xis's Wizard Form, Star Break, and OOParts for his Tribe On forms, and various Ability Waves and buster equipment

Intelligence: Genius (Despite not being a fan of battling, Geo is an amazingly skilled combatant despite his age. Noted by Omega-Xis as a natural, Geo quickly becomes highly skilled in long-ranged, weapon-based, battle strategies, and hand-to-hand combat, clashing with warriors with dozens, if not hundreds of years older and more experienced than him. He seamlessly blends all three together, fighting at whatever range is most appropriate, making him an incredibly adaptable fighter capable of fighting the likes of Sirius, who has defeated the greatest fighters from across the galaxy, and Apollo Flame, who wiped out all of humanity in an alternate timeline. In addition, he is no slouch academically either, being ahead of his class despite not attending school for years and knows the inner workings of all sorts of EM technology by heart and tinkers with it, along with machinery, in his spare time (Luna even mentions it in the 2nd game). Geo is also pretty good at utilizing Mu technology for his Battle Cards and for some of his forms too. Mu Technology is so advanced that it's been stated that the most cutting-edge of scientists have a hard time replicating its affects. Geo is also very knowledgeable about astronomy due to the likes of Mr. Boreal and the huge influence on his father, Kelvin Stelar)

Weaknesses: Friction between Omega-Xis and Geo will cause the fusion to separate (highly unlikely by EoS), can be weakened by extremely dense amounts of erratic EM Radiation (limited, if not a non-issue, by the Ace and Joker programs), is a pacifist (but would still fight if necessary), requires a certain amount of ambient EM Radiation to use Noise Change (which is generated by continuous combat). Vulnerable to certain elemental attacks depending on the current elemental form. Must cut off "real" Brother Bands for Rogue Noise. Tribe King lasts for a limited duration (but this may be a Game Mechanic)

Equipment (As of SF3)

  • Visualize Visor (ビジライズバイザー): The Visualizer has undergone an EM Wave Change. It analyzes and displays information about viruses and EM Bodies, and has Lock-on sight capability.
  • Wave-Toss Device (ウェーブトゥース・デバイス): A sensor designed to send and receive EM Waves across short distances. In addition to enabling Mega Man's various parts to communicate with one another, this device also can be used to collect EM Waves in the environment. This EM Energy is used to transform the Mega Buster and Mega Arm.
    • It is also possible to collect information about Noise, a force whose presence appears to be steadily increasing. Noise and its effects are an issue must be carefully monitored.
  • Star Force Emblem (シューティングスター・エンブレム Shooting Star Emblem): The EM Wave Changed form of the Star Pendant given to Geo Stelar by his father. It expresses Geo's deep respect for his father.
  • Card Display (カードディスプレイ): Stores Hunter-VG data, allowing players to select a Battle Card for use. After a Battle Card is selected, its data is sent to the Mega Arm.
  • Mega Arm (ウォーロックアーム Warrock Arm): The Mega Arm is a vital component of Mega Man's offensive capabilities. In addition to the Mega Buster, which can execute Charge Shots, the Mega Arm can also be transformed into a variety of weapons by using battle cards. The switch to the Hunter-VG as a portable terminal has increases this part's virus busting capabilities, making it both smaller and more energy-efficient.

Regular Attacks

  • Area Eater: Geo calls in Omega-Xis to pull apart the space in front of him, dragging fleeing targets closer.
    • Double Eater: Omega-Xis pulls apart even more space, granting the ability additional range and effectiveness.
    • Beast Slap: An attack version of the Area Eater, Omega-Xis claws at targets directly to deal heavy damage, easily annihilating multiple clones of Omega-Xis himself in a single hit.
  • Frequency Change: Geo changes his frequency to teleport to his desired location, phasing through any attacks that would have struck him in the meantime.
  • Mega Attack: By using Omega-Xis's lock-on system, Geo is able to draw a bead on even the fastest targets and instantly close the gap between them to launch an attack.
  • Shield: Geo crosses his arms, erecting a barrier that defends him against frontal attacks that he can't dodge or teleport out of. Although it is quite durable, it can be breached by attacks specifically designed to shatter guards.

Standard Cards

  • Freeze Knuckle: Geo's hand becomes an ice-elemental gauntlet that deals heavy damage with each successful blow and can flash freeze the ground and those struck, causing ice quakes with a single punch.
  • Jet Attack: Geo's arm becomes a bladed weapon which he uses to run his foes through while coated in energy, boring a hole in them in the process.
  • Sword: Geo's arm becomes a longsword made of energy for close combat.
  • Vulcan: Geo's arm transforms into a miniature Gatling gun, firing a flurry of energy rounds at his opponents.

Giga Cards

  • Darkness Hole: Generates an opening to the Void that instantly defeats weakened foes.
  • Dark Sword: Geo equips a powerful longsword charged with dark energy, dealing massive damage with each swing and tainting the space around the target so that they're poisoned whenever they're forced within it.
  • Dread Laser: Summons Dread Joker to fire off a massive wave of Crimson that deals massive damage and scrambles the workings of electronic technology in addition to shattering the land beneath the target. In addition, the high concentration of Crimson allows this attack to affect intangible and incorporeal beings, scattering their very form into fragments of data.
  • Life Aura: Generates a powerful barrier that completely nullifies incoming attacks so long as they do not exceed a certain threshold at once.
  • Mu Barrier: Generates a barrier that will block any single attack that would strike Geo. It regenerates with every movement, making it virtually impossible to hit him unless his movement is somehow stopped entirely.
  • Wing Blade: Summons Acid Ace to slice apart foes with his Wing Verniers and Lock-On Sword, smashing through most barriers in the process and ignoring intangibility. This is particularly effective against those aligned with Wind.

Transformations

Star Force: Also known as Star Break, Geo uses the power of the Satellite Admins, Pegasus Magic, Leo Kingdom, and Dragon Sky to transform, gaining their powers in the process.

  • Ice Pegasus: Invoking the power of Pegasus Magic, Geo obtains dominion over water and ice, freezing his foes with every charge shot and summoning storms of ice at a whim. In addition, he is able to heal himself while surrounded by ice and snow and can restrain foes by encasing them in massive amounts of ice that trap even EM Waves.
  • Fire Leo: Invoking the power of Leo Kingdom, Geo becomes a master of flame and heat, obliterating his foes at the atomic level with massive blasts of fire and energy. In addition, the extra armor this form provides allows him to shrug off most attacks with ease and continue his assault uninterrupted.
  • Green Dragon: Invoking the power of Dragon Sky, Geo gains control over the wind and plant life, allowing him to generate massive tornadoes with a thought and terraform the battlefield into a grassy plain to fully utilize his connection with nature. In addition, he becomes utterly immune to any kind of Status Effect, including paralysis, freezing, mind manipulation, and other debilitating effects.

Tribe On: Geo uses the power of the OOParts of the lost continent of Mu to gain the power of the ancient past. He can switch between them at will and combine them to compound their strengths and abilities.

  • Thunder Zerker: Possessing the powers of Mu's mightiest warriors, Geo becomes clad in durable armor that shrugs off Rogue's attacks and equips the Sword of Zerker, a powerful EM Blade charged with lightning that paralyzes foes struck and can send similarly powerful waves of electricity coursing through the battlefield. In addition, the tribe specialized in furious, unending series of strikes, allowing Geo to press on and fire off a rapid barrage of attacks against his foe without fear of reprisal or interruption unless he is outright defeated.
  • Wood Ninja: Gaining the powers of Mu's lesser-known and stealthiest fighters, Geo assaults his foes with storms of shuriken that ignore intangibility while remaining hidden from sight. In addition, Geo is able to replace himself with a body double whenever he would be struck, nullifying any damage taken and giving him an opportunity to counterattack. He also automatically locks-on to his foes, allowing him to instantly close any distance between him and his target with his Mega Attack.
  • Fire Saurian: Geo obtains the powers of the lumbering giants that invaded the continent eons ago, allowing him to incinerate his targets with scorching flames, detonating most targets with a single blast. In addition, he gains the power to charge his attacks to greatly amplify their power.
  • Tribe King: The ultimate Tribe On transformation and the amalgamation of the three tribes' powers, granting Geo access to all of their abilities at once while increasing his powers to the point that he could easily defeat the so-called "God of EM-Waves", Le-Mu.

Noise Change

Noise Change: While in battle, clashes of EM Energy produce Noise, a type of scrambled EM Wave that causes all sorts of machinery to go haywire, particularly if their EM-based. Geo is able to harness that Noise and convert it into power, allowing him to transform to a variety of forms based on the FM-ians that invaded Earth in his first adventure. In addition, after obtaining sufficient amounts of Noise, Geo is able to enter a "Finalized" form, transforming into Black Ace or Red Joker for a massive power boost.

Rogue Noise: A secret noise transformation, Rogue Noise is the embodiment of Rogue inside Mega Man. The ability to attune to Rogue Noise is limited to those people who individually pursue strength without relying on any sort of group bond. Because there are currently very few EM Wave Beings that can actually attune to noise, it's unlikely that anyone has actually witnessed this phenomenon.

  • Crest of Mu (ムーの紋章): Proof of the Mu technology that is received by attuning to Rogue Noise. This seal has been carved into particular EM Wave Beings with unique abilities, such as destroying opponents with lock-on-sight and regenerating EM Wave barriers that even the most cutting-edge scientific techniques cannot recreate.
  • "Rogue" Protector (プロテクター「ブライ」): A protector bearing Rogue's emblem, this is capable of absorbing only Rogue Noise from the environment while excluding all other noise types.
  • Visualize Predictor (ビジライスプレディクター): Mega Man's Visualize Visor after having undergone further evolution by attuning to Rogue Noise. Can confirm the "flow" of EM Wave Energy within viruses and EM Wave Bodies, and can severely damage enemies by using sword-type Battle Cards to sever this flow.

Black Ace: Code Number "003" Mega Man's appearance after having attuned to noise through the Ace Program and completed finalization. Being a lightly armored massive noise-ejector, this transformation features universal level analysis, hyper speed and powerful manipulated crimson attacks, quickly decimate any opponents. Escaping his perfect maneuvers and incredible speed is nearly impossible, and only EM Wave Bodies attuned to noise through the Joker Program have a chance of withstanding his onslaughts.

  • Noised-Wing Vernier (ノイズドウィングバーニア): A vernier that ejects high-density noise. This piece serves to enable unrestricted high-speed aerial movement and peripheral noise increase through noise-spraying, which allows Black Ace (who draws his primary sources of energy from noise) to create an environment where he can fully display his capabilities.
  • B.A. Wave Analyzer (B.A.ウェーブアナライザー): This analyzer has the same basic functions as that of Acid Ace. However, while Acid's analyzer conducts its analysis autonomously, Black Ace's analyzer can access Meteor G and utilize that server's massive capacity and resources. Because this analyzer can immediately compute any large-scale analytic calculations, it can delete even unknown enemies instantaneously.
  • Shooting Star Emblem (シューティングスター・エンブレム): This is the form taken by Geo Stelar's Shooting Star Pendant after having undergone EM Wave conversion. The pendant was a gift from his father. This emblem proves that even after synchronizing with the Satellite Server, Geo Stelar maintains his identity and remains able to control his actions.
  • Noise-Wave Devourer (ノイズウェーブ・デバウアラ): A Wavetooth Device that has undergone adjustments that enable it to collect even greater quantities of Noise. Both of the collection points, located on Black Ace's shoulders and the sensor lines covering his body, work exclusively to collect and absorb environmental noise into his body.
  • Crimson Regulator (クリムゾンレギュレーター): This part can both create and regulate Crimson, a type of crystallized Noise. It can form various types of Crimson, which can then be used as weapons. Additionally, it can even create things like black holes by compressing massive amounts of Noise to generate special super-powered Crimson.

Red Joker: Mega Man's appearance after having attuned to Noise through the Joker Program and completed finalization. Designed with super heavy armor plates, despite rather low mobility, this transformation features monstrous power output, protection from nuclear-scale explosions and powerful autonomous Noise irritations. An opponent can be damaged merely by standing in front of his constantly generated waves of Noise. Only EM Wave Bodies attuned to Noise through the Ace Program have a chance of withstanding his onslaughts.

  • Meteor Noise Generator (メテオノイズジェネレーター): Two Noise generators that operate continuously. Because these devices generate the Noise that forms the basis for Red Joker's abilities, he can work at full power in any condition or circumstance. Besides working as a generator, it can also irradiate Noise for autonomous attacks and access the Meteor G system.
  • R.J. Control Gear (R.J.コントロールギア): An extremely powerful device that has been incorporated into the Joker Program. Its power is devoted exclusively to the suppression and control of Noise, allowing R.J. to narrowly maintain self-control in the face of the Noise created by its generators.
  • Shooting Star Emblem (シューティングスター・エンブレム): This is the form taken by Geo Stelar's Shooting Star Pendant after having undergone EM Wave conversion. The pendant was a gift from his father. This emblem serves as proof that even after synchronizing with the Satellite Server, Geo Stelar maintains his identity and is still able to control his actions.
  • Meteor Noise Irradiator (メテオノイズイレイディエイター): A weapon that collects Noise transferred from the generator and attacks by shooting it out all at once. By combining the destructive power of the Noise with nuclear fusion energy derived from irradiated Noise, this device can create large-scale explosions that engulf large groups of enemies in flames.
  • Cloud of Crimson (クラドオブクリムゾン “Clad of Crimson”): This armor is formed from the generator-created noise that has undergone crystallization. Creates an iron wall against all external attacks and destroys any status-altering program thrown at it in its whirlpool of Noise.

Big Bang Attacks

  • Black End Galaxy: Black Ace's Noise Force Big Bang, Geo locks onto a target and generates a black hole around them to trap them and crush them. He then rushes through it with a slashing motion, causing the black hole to collapse and detonate, annihilating the target.
  • Red Gaia Eraser: Red Joker's Noise Force Big Bang, Geo fires a concentrated beam of Crimson similar to the Dread Laser from his hands as the two Noise generators on his shoulders detach. They then follow the target and fire additional lasers that damage and encircle them, generating enough energy to create a powerful explosion comparable to Black End Galaxy.
