Introduction
Before they say, yes I know that there is already a blog that explains the Royal Knights, and that was made by Reppuzan, all the way that this theme was something that was already in my head a long time ago I decided to launch this blog to complement What has already been written.
Who are the Royal Knights?
In all there are thirteen royal knights:

These beings are known as the closest beings of Yggdrasil (Yes, Shakamon is not the first to be mentioned so) and are the Guardian Deities of the Digital World, the appearance of the Royal Knights is determined in an ancient prophecy mentioned in the profile of Ulforce V -Dramon:

Although the Royal Knights are known throughout the Digital World being a group that many are proud to be the protectors of the Digital World, at least it was something that some Digimon had before they participated in the genocide against the Digimon X-Antibody, they rarely arise To solve the various problematic situations that appear in the Digital World. At least one of the Royal Knights is seen by always going to help others, Gankoomon (This is also always next to the Sistermon's and Huckmon, who would later be the Royal Knight Jesmon).

In general, the Royal Knights are the supreme protectors of the Digital World and are located at the highest level of digital security being told that it is almost impossible for the Digital World to be invaded in their presence.

Although everyone has this function there are also Digimon among the Royal Knights who work with other functions in the Digital World for different reasons.

In general each Royal Knight has his own sense of justice and although they form a group even in this group they do not enter into an immediate consensus and this generates a discussion in the group that can lead to the separation of the group itself.

Who gives orders to the Royal Knights?
In general it should be noted that all Royal Knights have a common goal which is what makes them a group. This goal is the desire to protect the Digital World and maintain order. However, as already mentioned, each member of the group has its own sense of justice and therefore the meaning of order may vary from one to another, especially the way in which this order is to be established.

In this section of the profile of Dynasmon is mentioned the existence of a lord, in that case that lord would be the one who gives orders to the Royal Knights sending them to missions to reach the objective of arriving at the order that they desire. Although the Royal Knights may follow different lords, such as Dynasmon and Lord Knightmon who followed Lucemon, there is a lord in common to all of them, Yggdrasil and according to Dynasmon the connection that the Royal Knights have with Yggdrasil is so great that it resembles the link Of a Tamer with his Digimon, a Bond.
With this it is understood that the Royal Knights serve mainly Yggdrasil, according to the profile of Craniummon there is a special top of missions fulfilled in the name of Yggdrasil. Craniummon competes to be in second place in that ranking.

Who is the leader of the Royal Knights?
It should be noted that just as the Royal Knights follow their lord each has its own legion of followers who follow them on account of their ideals. The same exists for the Royal Knights among themselves depending on the situation and that is what determines their "leader".
First understand that the leader of the Royal Knights is different from the Lord of the Royal Knights. The Lord is the one who gives a mission to the group and the leader is the one who will lead the group so that this mission is fulfilled. Often the orders of Yggdrasil are not clear to the Royal Knights, so many interpret the orders given in the way that most fits their ideals, the goal of a leader in that group was to indicate the purpose of the mission, as often many Of them have thoughts completely different from a mission, often the group divides and each member of the group will follow the one who brings the mission as close as possible to their ideal. This is seen in Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, in this game the Digital World is attacked by the Eaters and Yggdrasil gives orders to destroy the Eaters. As this order could be interpreted in many ways then two factions were formed, one of them was led by Duftmon who wanted the end of all the humans as a way to end the origin of the Eaters, another was led by Omegamon who argued that there should be a Form of humans and digimon coexist (There were still those who did not decide which side to follow).
However there is also The Controller, this is Alphamon and has the function of controlling the rest of the royal knights. That is, in case the group split or if a wrong decision is taken together Alphamon will intervene and command the group until the whole problem is solved. You can think of it as if it were a Parliamentary Monarchy where the other 12 members of the group would be the parliament that would make decisions for the future of the Digital World, however if the group "corrupts" the king (In this case Alphamon) intervene and tries to solve the problem. In general, all Royal Knights have a certain free will to do as they please, Alphamon acts as a control system and so many think of Alphamon as a definitive leader for the Royal Knights who appears in difficult times. In fact, Omegamon has come to call Alphamon as the leader of the Royal Knights, but it must be understood that he only arrives at this position in difficult times, in ordinary times any Royal Knight can be the "leader of the group" to solve a mission, Only that this position is temporary and soon in the next mission another Royal Knight with completely different ideals of the previous one can be considered like the next "leader" of the group.
The Past of Group Members
Imperialdramon Paladin Mode
Although not a member of the Royal Knights, this is the founder of the group. According to Digimon World: Next Order this Imperialdramon saved his universe in the past next to a tamer, similar to the protagonist of the game that also saved his universe. So far it is not known how, when or because Imperialdramon Paladin Mode founded the Royal Knights.
Ulforce V-Dramon (Zeromaru)
The same Ulforce V-Dramon from Digimon Adventure V-Tamer 01, Zeromaru, is also the Royal Knight. This is revealed in the Digimon Xros Wars manga, after Zeromaru save the Digital World with his partner, Taichi, it was possible for him to become a Royal Knight.

For many people this does not make sense, but many sources indicate that the Takato Dukemon of Digimon Tamers is the Royal Knight. This was indicated in the St-385 that came in the "Ultimate Battle Deck 2" in the special package for Digimon Tamers where it is mentioned that the Dukemon is a member of the Royal Knights. Later that was mentioned in a promotion pack of Digimon Tamers (The D-Ark Promo, sequel to the Music Promo that focused on Digimon Adventure) where in Da-1 it is also mentioned that the Dukemon was the Royal Knight. Finally on the official website of Digimon Tamers it is also mentioned that the Dukemon was a Royal Knight. It is not known how he became a Royal Knight, possibly as Zeromaru was called by Yggdrasil after saving the Digital World.
Replacements of Royal Knights
Ulforce V-Dramon (V.V)
During Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth there was no appearance of the Ulforce V-Dramon (Royal Knight), for an unexplained reason in the story he ended up getting lost in the interdimensional journey and can not appear in the game. To occupy the vacant space, the V.V (Digimon World Re: Digitize Decode and Shinomiya Rina's partner) was summoned by Takumi to fight Sleipmon.
Reach of the Royal Knights
Many wonder how many royal knights appeared on different digital worlds in the franchise, many assume that for every digital world there is a group of royal knights. However Digimon World Next Order presented a very interesting thing, according to the game the Royal Knights do not work keeping the order of only one Digital World, any event that is considered important ends up invoking the Royal Knights even if it is from another Digital World. So it can be said that there are not multiple Royal Knights that appear in their worlds, but a group of specific Royal Knights that appear in any world that is in danger.
The Powers Division of the Royal Knights
Before showing the feats of the Royal Knights it is necessary to understand that although the group is potentially balanced there is a great imbalance in some of its members that contains a physical attribute above the others, here I will show what they are. In any case, it should be understood that the future deeds I will show do not belong to any of these characters in their respective superior qualities, so such exploits can potentially be used among all characters.
The Speedsters
Sleipmon and Ulforce V-Dramon are the fastest of the Royal Knights, according to Omegamon himself Sleipmon's speed is so great that other knights can only "think" one day to reach him. Ulforce V-Dramon on the other hand is at an even more insane level of speed, according to the official profiles of the Ulforce franchise V-Dramon is the fastest of all Royal Knights and none of them is even able to follow their movements.

The strongests
Dynasmon and Examon have the highest destructive power of the Royal Knights.
Examon has the greatest physical strength within the group, his strength is so great that even the combined power of Dukemon, Omegamon, Jesmon, Magnamon and Ulforce V-Dramon are unable to have a real effect on a weakened Examon.
Although it does not have the greater physical strength of the group Dynasmon has the technique with the greater destructive power of the RoyalKnights, Dragon Collider.
Attack Potency
Digital Hazard Crisis
The "Digital Hazard" is an important concept in the franchise, as the name indicates is an event that represents a great danger in the Digital World. As an example of "Digital Hazard" there is in the Digimon Chronicle the great threat caused by the great presence of Digimon that could overload the Digital World system, here the description given to the Digital Hazard would be like a universal explosion.

This relates to the Royal Knights thanks to the evolutionary family of Dukemon, it contains the trademark of Digital Hazard.
According to Guilmon's official profile, the presence of the Digital Hazard brand in a Digimon represents its potential ability to cause immense damage to the data of a central computer. (In this case we are going to analyze, we are talking about the Digital World itself).

This potential is demonstrated in the "Ultimate" form of Guilmon, Megidramon / Dukemon / Chaos Dukemon. Here is the description of this in the Digimon Reference Book and how it happened in the anime:

As you can see Megidramon has the power to destroy the entire Digital World of Digimon Tamers (which is composed of several minivers, each + - the size of the Real World). At that moment Megidramon was only existing, and after Beelzebumon absorbed data from three perfect Digimon he was able to defeat the Megidramon with immense ease and with a single kick he destroyed the Digital Hazard symbol completely stopping the destruction of the universes. As you can see the existence of Megidramon is the same existence of Chaos Dukemon being that CDukemon is just a Dukemon with virus-like instincts. So it is quite possible that the three alternative forms of Dukemon (Dukemon, Chaos Dukemon and Megidramon) can be compared to each other. (In fact, in some media Dukemon and Chaos Dukemon are directly considered evolutions awakened forms of Megidramon which may indicate that he himself may be more powerful than Megidramon).
Lift the Universe
That has many things. During the end of the Kurata arc the Belphemon absorbed the space-time bombs and gained the power to destroy space-time with its common blows. Dimensional Collapse

As you can see there was a size in the PSP Digimon Adventure that was about to collapse, if this followed the explosion would not only cover the entire Digital World but also several other Real Worlds. Gankoomon was able to neutralize the explosion for a long time (He said there were few moments before the explosion occurred) until the Tamers could reach the dimensional core and correct that.
Speed
Royal Knights Cross Space-Time
During Period X Yggdrasil created a Digital World divided into three terminals that would represent the past, present and future. According to the official Digimon Chronicle website to move between the terminals you need to move beyond the time itself.
The Royal Knights constantly travel through the three terminals because of the orders of Yggdrasil to exterminate the Digimon with the X-Antibody.
Here we see two descriptions of the HyperColosseum which demonstrates that Alphamon transcends spacetime and alongside Ouryumon he has moved through space-time leaving the present and going into the future.
And of course, in doubt that there are those who doubt the Hypercolosseum, there is the scene occurring in the storyline of the Digimon Chronicle itself which proves once and for all the ability of the Royal Knights to cross the NDW terminals and then to transcend spacetime.
Alphamon
Profile
One of the Holy Knight-type "Royal Knights", the highest rank of Network Security which is said to have thirteen members. While it is a Holy Knight, it is said that to the Holy Knights it is a being similar to a deterrent force, and as it doesn't appear in normal times, it is also called the "Aloof Hermit" who flutters a blue mantle, and is the "Royal Knight" assigned to the place called the "Empty Seat". Because it possesses the "Alpha inForce" ability, an ultimate force which, in battle, instantaneously replays the elapsed battle, although Alphamon's attacks are over in just an instant, you can't grasp how many attacks it actually unleashed, and in theory, you can only see the final blow that brought down its opponent. It can deploy a magic circle of Digimoji from its hands, which attacks and defends.
- A form in which Ouryumon achieved a miraculous evolution and became a sword through the operation of the magic circle of Digimoji that Alphamon unleashed. Ouryumon is the Ultimate of the experimental "Prototype Digimon" that pursued further fighting strength, and by becoming a sword, all of that fighting strength was devoted exclusively to its attacks. Powers and Habilites
Alpha (Ga)In Force
This is the absolute technique of Alphamon, with it Alphamon is able to return in the previous moment in a combat and reakuzar a new one the movement, however the movement realized by Alphamon before activating the ability does not stop happening and with this Alphamon is Able to repeat the same blow, or even different blows, as many times as possible. The opponent can only feel something after the last blow launched by Alphamon manages to defeat him.
Magic
Alphamon is able to conjure a magic circle, with inscriptions in Digimoji, which uses both to attack and to defend itself. The magic element used by Alphamon is light, a very mysterious element since even the Digimon of Witchelny, a Digital World focused on magic, only the elements of Water, Earth, Fire and Wind are known.

Using his light magic Alphamon is able to channel the light and thus creates a sword that he uses for fighting at close range.
Ouryuken
During a fight Ouryumon was erased by Death-X-Mon, however using his magic circles Alphamon was able to bring Ouryumon back to life. Then through a "Blast Evolution" the Ouryumon data was rewritten to form a sword. Alphamon is able to conjure the sword through his magic.
Digitalize of Soul
Alphamon is able to cast his magic Digimoji circle and use it to attack using energy beams.
Summoning
Although he has not demonstrated that yet, Alphamon's profiles confirm that power. Alphamon is able to create a magic circle that is larger than the sky itself and so it is able to summon a magical monster from another dimension.
Regeneration
Alphamon was attacked by Death-X-Mon, who intended to kill Holy Knights so we can say that he was using "Process 0" and "Process P" since the DRB says that Death-X-Mon always uses this movement and such movement focuses on Destroy the opponent's Digicore, however the Royal Knight was able to regenerate completely even after the attack.

Alphamon is able to attack normally Death-X-Mon, being that this is a being that does not have a physical body as said in its official profiles.
Sealing
Alphamon has 3 different sealing methods. The first and simplest of these is an auto-sealing where Alphamon seals his own Digicore. The second is a more time-consuming sealing since it is necessary to attack the opponent in the 12 weak points of the "Earth Branches", to facilitate this Alphamon can receive the help of a friend. At last we have his most powerful Sealing that is used with his Digitalize of Soul, where the opponent's own soul is sealed in the nexus of reality so that it never wakes up again.
Resistence to Reality Warping
During the fight against Death-X-Mon the villain decided that to win the Alphamon it would be necessary to rewrite the very reality of the Digital World and thus he could destroy Alphamon with the whole world. During the end of the battle Alphamon decides not to destroy Death-X-Mon, so he decides to purify the soul of his opponent and then seal it within the nucleus of reality. However, Death-X-Mon is a being without soul And although it can absorb souls it does not keep them, according to the DRB immediately after absorbing a Digicore the Digicore in question is completely erased as part of an eternal and instantaneous cycle of "Process 0" and "Process F".
Teleportation
Alphamon is able to teleport.
Creation
Alphamon is able to create other Digimon and thus use it to fight his opponents.

Alphamon is able to manipulate the data. In this case Alphamon proved capable of creating Evil Rings and modified them by amplifying his powers.
Paralysis
The power of the Evil Rings created by Alphamon are able to paralyze your opponents.
Mind Control
Alphamon is able to control his opponents by making them obey everything he commands, Alphamon did this with several Tamers in Digimon Story.
Power Absorption
Alphamon is able to steal powers from his opponents, here he was able to steal Culumon's "Light of Evolution" which is the key to evolution.
- Note: I know a lot of powers here were from Unknown-D, however it's good to know that Unknow-D is just a disguise from Alphamon.
Memory Manipulation
Alphamon is able to include his memorial data inside the body of other people and so can control the body of his victim.
Size Manipulation
Apparently Alphamon can control his size being able to get big enough to crush Digimon adults like Kuwagamon using his hands.
Time Stop
Alphamon appears to be able to stop time and thus stop the attacks of his opponents.
Status Effect Inducement and Statistics Amplification
With Speed Break Field Alphamon is able to slow down your opponents by up to 10%. With Mental Charge Field he is able to increase his INT by up to 10%.
Resistance to Death Manipulation
With the "Word of Death" Alphamon is able to withstand attacks that try to induce his death.
