Summary
The Worlogog is a construct associated with the New Gods of the Fourth World, who dubbed it the "Hourglass of the Gods." The item, which appears to be native to Earth, is actually a working model of the entire space-time continuum that allows you to bend the fabric of time. This little time-traveling engine has a map of all events from the Big Bang to the Omega Point, responds to a person's intent, and grants the owner dominion over time and space.
