Summary
Falco is the "Golden General" who serves the Tentei, the Heavenly Emperor. Under the orders of Jakoh, who has blackmailed him into being obedient, Falco slaughters rival martial artists, specifically targeting the Hokuto and Nanto schools. When Liu and Lin were born, it was decided there could only be one Heavenly Emperor, but Falco could not bring himself to kill Lin and smuggled her out of the city. When Ken-Oh came to his village, Falco gave up his leg to avoid a conflict.
