Dellinger is one of the Donquixote family executives who resided in the country of Dressrosa. He was first introduced when he was sent to assassinate Bellamy for his failure regarding his competence in attempting to achieve victory in the Corrida Coliseum B block and for failing to assassinate Monkey D. Luffy.
Dellinger may appear human, but he has the DNA of the Fighting Fish species that roam in the waters between Dressrosa and Greenbit. He is a ruthless and exceptionally competent fighter, as he was capable of easily overpowering highly skilled combatants.
He was mostly unscathed after brawling with the likes of Dagama, Blue Gilly, Ideo, and Suleiman. However, Dellinger would meet his swift defeat at the hands of Cavendish's alter-ego, Hakuba, before the marines arrested him along with the rest of the Donquixote Pirates.
