Summary
Captain Underpants is the titular character of the series of the same name. Originally, he was known by Benjamin Krupp, a horrifically mean and borderline sadistic principal who gave disproportionately cruel punishments for minor acts at Jerome Horwitz Elementary School. After being hypnotized by George and Harold's 3-D Hypno-Ring, he became Captain Underpants!
