Kharn's power null doesn't need to reach infinite timelines to beat Lavos anyway.

Kharn kills the Lavos in front of himself, a dupe from another timeline/point in time tries to snipe, Khorne negates it because that's what he does when someone tries to snipe Kharn.

Thus incap because Lavos is stuck in a different universe doing nothing.

Also pretty sure that Khorne's influence in the Materium is 1-B, so he has the range and the potency required
