The Bloodletting Beast is a Chalice Dungeon Boss in Bloodborne. A beast whose back has been split open and its face is heavily scarred and mutilated, it is capable of launching parasites out of the wound on its back. When low on health, a gigantic parasite worm will replace its head and attempt to bite opponents, inflicting rapid poison.

Weaknesses: Somewhat weak to fire
- Blood Rain: A shower of blood erupts from the gash in the back of the beast.
- Worm Jab: Triggered after Hateful Maggot emerges from neck when its health reached 50%. The transformed beast thrusts its' worm forward from one to three times. Inflicts Rapid Poison.
- Parasite Swarm: Leans forward and releases a swarm of parasites that fly toward the target location from long range. Each hit inflicts rapid poison build-up.
