|~ Archer activating his Noble Phantasm|
Archer (アーチャー, Āchā) is the Archer-class Servant of Dan Blackmore in the Holy Grail War of the Moon Cell in Fate/Extra.
Archer's real identity is the chivalrous thief known as Robin Hood (ロビンフッド, Robin Fuddo). However this Robin Hood is merely one of the many "Robin Hoods". This particular incarnation was originally the child of a wandering Druid, an orphan who lost his father when very young. He received knowledge of the forest from his Druid father, was proficient at survival in the forest, and also was friends with the forest fairies that the villagers could not see. For this reason, the villagers treated him as an outcast, believing him to be possessed by fairies. The villagers did not accept an orphan such as him and he too did not compromise with the villagers. But, even still, it seems that he felt an obligation in taking care of his father at his last moments. He lived as the black sheep of the village, a young man without relatives who lived in the village's outskirts located near the spot where his parents had died.

He is pragmatic and crafty, attempting to poison his foes to death from the shadows before rather than fighting them face-to-face. In addition, he is an expert at setting traps and delaying foes, being able to disable sixty percent of an entire army before they are even able to advance, much less catch him.
Weaknesses: No Face May King does not mask his magical signature, so those who can detect magic can sense him and react accordingly
- Yew Bow: The Bow of Prayer: (祈りの弓イー・バウ , Inori no YumiĪ Bau) is a crossbow made from the wood of one of the Yew trees from the Forest of Sherwood, which Robin Hood used as his base of operations. He makes use of it as a regular bow to shoot arrows and utilizes poison arrows to poison his targets. Once the bow's name is invoked, it has the ability to instantaneously amplify and surge out the impurities in the target's stomach. If the target is poisoned, it will make that poison explode like gunpowder. The bow materializes a number of roots that swarm around the target and take the form of a tree that subsequently bursts and withers. His yew bow houses ultra-nature powers such as the extremely strong poison from the yew tree, and the ability to reproduce Sherwood Forest.
In game, he utilizes it when the target is poisoned, and it adds an even deadlier poison which stacks with the current poison already afflicting the target. The act of making a bow from a Yew, which are holy arbor for the Celts in Northern Europe, in the Forest of Sherwood has ceremonial connotations of "becoming one with this forest." It is said that the Yew is a tree that leads to world of the dead, and Archer, perhaps knowing of that, said "I want to be buried at the place where this arrow drops" before firing an arrow at the end of his life. The arrow hit the root of a Yew tree as was expected, and accordingly to his wishes, he was buried by the side of the big tree along with his beloved partner. It was by this sequence of events that his bow made from only the wood of a yew tree came to be imbued with enough power to be used as a Noble Phantasm.
- No Face May King: Faceless King: ( 顔のない王ノーフェイス・メイキング , Nō Feisu Mei Kingu: Kao no nai Ō), called Faceless King ( 顔のない王かおのないおう , Kao no nai Ō?) in Fate/Extra, is Robin Hood's hidden Noble Phantasm, magic clothing that erases any sign of the wearer. Robin Hood is an incarnation of nature, introduced and inherited as a custom of the Celts from the Beltane Festival, praying to the forest spirit Jack in the green for the arrival of spring, after the establishment of the "May Festival." The festival involves making a circle and dancing around a pillar built in the center of the village square where a boy and girl on the cusp of adulthood would impersonate the "May King" and the "May Queen." The "May King" is a metaphor for Robin Hood, a "transparent king" who added brown accents to his green clothing so that his figure would not be seen.
During the festival, the "May King" magic costume of green skin is just clothing with ordinary brown accents. With both the leaves and brown stems of the costume, Robin Hood is definitely the incarnation of nature. Donning the May King costume erases any sign, so those wearing it naturally melt into that appearance. With it, he holds the same level of ability as the Fairy Puck. It is said to be stronger than the Bow of Prayer on the back of his hand, as a "one-sided victory cheat item." It allows him to disable the reading of one another in battle, allowing him to win all attack exchanges that turn in-game.
It does not hide magical energy, but it does completely conceal the wearer's sound and scent. It allows for him to utilize his sniping abilities and exhibit Assassin-like behavior while hiding himself in the cloak. If he begins to attack, his targets can sense that he is following them, but are unable to actually detect his location. Such tactics aggravate his chivalrous Master, Dan Blackmore, so it is strictly forbidden outside of combat. It can be given to another, such as Passionlip in order to conceal File Folders, but she fails to use it properly. She breaks it while attempting to use it as a ribbon due to finding its green color to be pretty, citing how fragile it was for her.
- Magic Resistance: An ability that grants protection against magical effects. Unlike simple Resistance that weakens incoming attacks, Magic Resistance nullifies them all together, including secondary effects like petrification and mind control. Archer has near-baseline amount in this skill at D-Rank, only nullifying single-verse spells and minor curses.
- Subversive Activities: (破壊工作, Hakai Kōsaku, localized as "Subversion") The ability to reduce the enemy forces in the preliminary stages, before going into battle. Those who have this skill are experts at setting traps, but one's rank in this skill is inversely proportional to their rank as a Hero. Thanks to having an A-Rank in this skill, Archer is able to set traps that decimate as much as sixty percent of an entire army before they're able to advance, which he utilizes to ensnare and defeat foes without putting himself in danger.
