Key: Denying his role as World Eater | World Eater Alduin
The exact power of World Eater Alduin is debatable.
In "Seven Fights of the Aldudagga", Alduin was portrayed as strong enough to create the Daedric prince Mehrunes Dagon, and defeat him in every confrontation. However, this took place in an ambiguous out of game tale of questionable canonicity. An alternative story, that is found in-game, also exists for the creation of Dagon. As such, we cannot treat this representation of Alduin as fact.
However, this story is no longer needed to back up Alduin's possible highest rating, as canon stories and legends imply and state that he fought Shor, the Nordic Variant of Lorkhan, in the beginning of time.
Alduin's destruction of the Kalpa should include absolutely all of the universe, as such including all 8 Planets, which are infinite in size. Their separation indicates that they are likely bordered by space and time and likely each hold their own space time continuum. The manner of this destruction is not clear.
Alduin likely resides somewhere within Tier 2 at his best. However, the inconsistent nature of the lore makes it difficult to be any more specific.
